Ornaviva is a trading name of Diverse Tech Inc. That corporation runs ornaviva.com and is the other party to every order you place here.
The principal address handles paperwork only and cannot accept parcels. For a return, write to us first: we email you the right return address for your order.
Write to [email protected] or use our contact form. We answer within 1 working day, Monday to Friday. For a question about an order, please give its order number.
If something is wrong with your order, write to [email protected] first: we almost always find a quick solution. You keep every right granted by the consumer protection laws of the state where you live, and nothing on this page limits them.
We prepare the content of this site with care but cannot guarantee that it is complete or up to date. The operators of third-party sites we link to are responsible for those sites.
